Chad Terrell Williams, 75, died May 13, 2024 at Capstone Healthcare in Perryton.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 18, at 11 a.m. at Rosehill Cemetery, near Laverne, OK, with Rev. Dan Anderson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
Viewing will be Thursday, May 16, and Friday, May 17, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born Nov. 16, 1948 in Ashland, KS and grew up east of Roston, where he attended school and was active in the Methodist church. He graduated from Laverne High School and attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Grace (Delamarter) Williams; and one brother, Gerald.
He is survived by several cousins.
