Jerry Wells, 72, of Perryton died March 15, 2022 in Borger.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 19, at Laverne Cemetery in Laverne, OK, officiated by Brandt O’Quin. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
Visitation at the funeral home will be Thursday, March 17, and Friday, March 18, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Family visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 5-7 p.m.
He was born Dec. 2, 1949 in Enid, OK. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1970-74. He married Lora Helmuth on Dec. 20, 1971 in Jet, OK. He worked for Equity for 37 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Murlin and Ruth Wells.
He is survived by his wife, Lora, of Perryton, one son, Ryan Wells of Spearman; one daughter, Keidi Mull of Guymon, OK; one sister, Shirley Wagoner of Oklahoma City, OK; nine grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren.
