Karen D. Head, 55, of Perryton, died Sept. 24, 2020.
Memorial services were held Monday, Sept. 28, at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Duce Cooper officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born April 16, 1965 in Sentinel, OK. She was a medical records clerk at Ochiltree General Hospital for over 20 years, and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Taylor Head of Perryton; her mother, Beverly Head of Perryton; and one sister, Denise Collum of Bartlesville, OK.
The family suggests memorials to one’s favorite charity.
