John H. “Junior” Dunn, Jr., 85, of Midland, formerly of Perryton, died May 5, 2020.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, May 9, at 2 p.m. at Lakeridge Chapel and Memorial Designers in Lubbock.
He was born June 13, 1934 in Crowell, and married his wife, Jean, on June 14, 1953 in Sunray. He lived in Perryton for several years before moving to Lubbock and later to Midland. He worked for North Plains, Texas Oil and Gas, Marathon Oil and Continental Resources.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; one son, Kelly Dunn; his parents, Howard and Zada Dunn; and siblings, Bob, Clay and Edna.
He is survived by two daughters, Denise Taylor and Kayla McMillan; one son, Kevin Dunn; five grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church, Perryton, or to the American Cancer Society.
