Jerry Wayne Clark, 76, of Lewisville, formerly of Perryton, died Jan. 20, 2025.
Services were held Tuesday, Jan. 28, at Boxwell Brothers Chapel, with burial in Gray Cemetery in Gray, OK. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
He was born July 4, 1948 in Jacksboro, and graduated from Perryton High School in 1966. He received a business management degree from Texas Tech in 1970. He was a member of Branch Church in Carrollton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie William and Etta (Turner) Clark.
