Roxie Newcomb, 67, of Perryton, died Feb. 5, 2023 in Amarillo.
Memorial services will be held Friday, Feb. 10, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with Eric Newcomb officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born Dec. 1, 1955 in Cheyenne, OK, and married Jack Newcomb on Feb. 9, 1978. She was a dispatcher for the Sherman County Sheriff’s office for over 20 years, then for the Ochiltree County Sheriff’s office for 13 years, retiring in 2021.
She was preceded in death by one son, Chad Daniel Newcomb; her parents, William Luis and Lila Grace (Lucas) Kyle; and one sister, Nina Ellison.
She is survived by her husband, Jack, of the home; one son, Eric Newcomb of Perryton; one adopted son, Brandon Jones of Amarillo; one brother, Terry Kyle of Dumas; one sister, Billye Zak of Stratford; and three grandchildren.
