Jesus Gutierrez, 75, of Perryton, died Nov. 9, 2021.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 13, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery. Rosary was held Friday, Nov. 12. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
He was born May 23, 1946 in Los Angeles, Ponas, Durango, Mexico. He married Maria Orona on Sept. 30, 1972 in Durango, Mexico. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria, in 2020; his parents, Aurelio and Josefa Gutierrez; and two brothers.
He is survived by four sons, Jesus Gutierrez of Goodwell, OK, Aurelio Gutierrez and Leo Gutierrez, both of Perryton, and Manuel Gutierrez of Denver, CO; one daughter, Nora Celis of Perryton; 10 grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; three sisters and three brothers.
