Jennifer Simmons, 49, of Pottsboro, formerly of Perryton, died Sept. 29, 2020.
Graveside services were held Friday, Oct. 2, at Ochiltree Cemetery with Rev. Dan Anderson officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born June 1, 1971 in Irving, and married Rett Simmons Sept. 27, 2003 in Perryton. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Reimer.
She is survived by her husband, Rett; three sons, Jake Simmons of Pottsboro, and J.T. Simmons and Logan Simmons, both of Midland; her mother, Karen Reimer of Amarillo; one brother, Greg Reimer of Amarillo; and one grandchild.
