Doug Fiskin, 86, of Amarillo, formerly of Perryton, died Sept. 21, 2020.
Services will be held Monday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, with Rev. Corky Holland, minister of First Baptist Church of Amarillo, officiating. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

He was born Sept. 28, 1933 in Canadian, and married Donita Gunter in Amarillo on Oct. 3, 1954. He served as Perryton ISD superintendent in the late 1980s, the worked for the Region 16 Service Center until the mid 1990s. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Perryton, and later First Baptist Church in Amarillo.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Donita, in August; his parents, Cecil and Florence (Roundtree) Fiskin); and one sister, Sue Howard.
He is survived by one son, Steve Fiskin, of West Fargo, ND; and two grandsons.
