Local students in fourth, fifth, and sixth grades visited the Museum of the Plains on Wednesday to learn about monarch butterflies. In addition to information about butterfly biology, migration, and tourism, students also made butterfly origami, went on a plant scavenger hunt, and watched videos about monarch butterflies.
