RIBBON-CUTTING HELD FOR NEW WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CENTER— A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held last Wednesday for the grand opening of Frank Phillips College’s Workforce Development Center, at 1206 SW 9th Avenue. The center lets students at Frank Phillips College and Perryton Independent School District earn trade-based certifications in welding and diesel mechanics as well as complete Entry Level Driver Training for Commercial Drivers License testing right here in Perryton.
