GIVING TREE SET UP FOR DONATIONS AT CITY HALL The City of Perryton has set up their Giving Tree in City Hall to assist local senior citizens who have difficulty paying their winter heating bills. Anyone can make anonymous donations to help pay utility bills for area seniors.
