Understanding lymphoma

Cancers affect many different parts of the body. Lymphoma is a type of cancer that begins in cells that comprise the body’s immune system. The immune system utilizes infection-fighting cells called lymphocytes, which are specialized white blood cells.
BIRD’S THE WORD— The 2022 Ochiltree Bantam Show was held last Tuesday evening at Leatherman Park as members of Ochiltree County 4-H brought in poultry to exhibit. The show was judged by Russell and Carlet Estlack. Adan Gonzalez, age 10, won Best of Show and Best Rooster for his Bantam White Leghorn, Peter.

The 2022 Ochiltree Poultry Show was held Aug. 23 at Leatherman Park, across from the Ochiltree County Expo Center. The Best of Show award went toAdan Gonzales, who also brought home the award for Best Rooster. The Reserve Best of Show award went to Abram Lopez, who won the award for Best Hen.
