Jess Wall, 66, of Perryton, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 13, 2020. He was in BSA in Amarillo when his heart just gave out. It had been weakened by Covid-19, cancer, and previous heart issues for the past few years. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 19, at 11:30 a.m.

Texas to get 1.4 million COVID vaccine doses Texas is ready to distribute 1.4 million doses as soon as the COVID-19 vaccine receives federal government approval. Gov. Greg Abbott said the vaccines should be arriving the week of Dec. 14 and would be distributed to qualifying providers.
