Mark Anthony Parvin, 67, of San Angelo, passed away Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022.

Born Sept. 12, 1954 to Billy Reed and Mona Faye Parvin in Amarillo,

Mark was raised in Perryton. He graduated from Perryton High School in 1973 and attended Amarillo College in Amarillo.

Mark lived in Perryton and was employed by Dowell. He worked in the oil & gas fields in the Texas Panhandle before moving to Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1985.

Mark was in the construction business in Oklahoma, building and remodeling homes. He took pride in his wood working and enjoyed refinishing old pieces of furniture. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In 2006 Mark moved to San Angelo to be near his sister Sandy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his sister Sandy King of San Angelo, brothers Garry Parvin and wife Sharon of Bryan and Jerry Parvin and wife Kayla of Booker, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held Saturday, Feb. 19, at Westside Baptist Church of San Angelo with pastor Joe Bourgeois officiating.
