THE ULTIMATE CONTEST FOR HUNGRY KIDS— The Wolf Creek Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution organized this year’s Fourth of July celebration at Leatherman Park. The event brought lots of activities, including a fun run, concerts, dance exhibitions, a farmers market, a car show, giant inflatable balloons and kites, food trucks, and much more, including hot dog and pie eating contests. LUNCHTIME ON THE FOURTH Locals who turned out for the Fourth of July celebration at Leatherman Park got to enjoy lots of activities, contests, fireworks, and much more. And whenever they needed some fuel to keep themselves going, there were plenty of food trucks on hand to serve up lunch, snacks, or a cold drink.
