The Jennie June Club met March 11 at Perry Memorial Library. Frances Aston Opened the meeting with prayer, followed by the reading of the collect. Roll call was answered with what members would do if they found the pot of gold at the end or the rainbow.

Commissioners review plans for JP office vacancy

The Ochiltree County Commissioners’ Court met on Monday morning at the Ochiltree County Courthouse.Among other items on the agenda, the commissioners gave official notice that a vacancy exists for the Republican nomination for the position of Justice of the Peace for the county.
