Several burglaries and thefts were investigated by police during the week.
A vehicle burglary at 123 SW 15 was reported. Some 25 Norriseal Wellman Mizer retrofit valves were stolen from the bed of a pickup parked at the residence. Total value is $7,000.
A residence at 17 N. Grinnell reported a package stolen which contained two Apple watches. Total value is $1,060.
