A preliminary autopsy report has been released for an inmate who died in the Ochiltree County Jail in May.
Billy Joe Spann, age 50, died while incarcerated at the jail on May 19.
According to Ochiltree County Sheriff Terry Bouchard, the preliminary autopsy report indicated the cause of death was natural causes, specifically atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
