The weather is still brutally hot, and two-a-day practices for Perryton High School’s football teams are even hotter. So Texas Farm Bureau brought out a few platters of cold watermelon to help cool the teams off after a full day of practices. Players in varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen squads will travel to Happy State Bank Stadium in Canyon on Friday, Aug. 19, to play scrimmages against Abernathy.
