OCSCA’s first Queen of Hearts is officially in the books. Harold Courson drew out the ticket of Valarie Davis (kinda fishy beings she’s his secretary). When she ripped off the paper and that Queen just smiled all big at her, we all got so excited. Congrats Valarie, and thank you to all who played along. It was lots of fun. What a great day all around celebrating Valarie and Halloween....
