Kelly Nickel of Redding, CA was the latest speaker in the Leadership Perryton series. He spoke on “Small Things Make a Difference” at Frank Phillips College, Allen Campus last Thursday evening. The seminar was sponsored by Perryton National Bank and North Plains Electric Cooperative.
