A Perryton man has been arrested for capital murder.
According to Perryton Police Chief Rafael Gonzalez, his office called the Texas Rangers on April 25 to assist with a murder investigation.
On Thursday, Terrell Leon, 26, was arrested in Texas County, Oklahoma.
He is charged with capital murder of a person under 10 years of age.
