Ochiltree County 4-H held their annual awards ceremony Tuesday evening at the Ochiltree County Expo Center. The winner of the Gold Star Award, the highest county award that can be given to a 4-H member was Kyle Oquin, who received a plaque from the county, a pin, and a certificate from the state.
