Four women and their dogs recently completed novice and intermediate levels of Rally Competition, which is sanctioned by the American Kennel Club. Being the first PACT Therapy Dogs to complete the course, they celebrated with a lunch at the Lobo Restaurant in Wolf Creek Park.
