Tiffany Constancio was selected by the Panhandle Professional Women’s Club as the Young Careerist for July. She is a work order clerk at North Plains Electric Cooperative. She considers her present employment her profession, and there is no training or qualifications required, she said.

“This business is very willing to help teach what is required to know.” She would “absolutely!” advise others to enter her profession. “In this profession there will always be work, no matter how much our world changes.” She believes the key to success for young carrerists is the “willingness to learn and progress; otherwise you find yourself stuck.” The biggest stumbling block in her opinion is a “lack of patience and motivation,” she said. “Nothing happens overnight, just keep going.

” On suggestions she would give to older careerists, she said, “I am one that doesn’t do well with change, but things change all too often in today’s world. Just try to understand it a little more.” She said the one thing that has provided meaning in her life is, “My little boy! He is everything I live and work for.”
