Rites held for Archer

Scott Thomas Archer, ,76, of Perryton, died May 12, 2026.Services were held Friday, May 15, at Community Worship Center, with Mikel Petersen officiating, assisted by Nolan Silvey. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

James Earl Stateler

James Earl Stateler, 96, passed away with his family present, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Ochiltree General Hospital, Perryton.He was born on September 19, 1929, to John Earl and Nellie (Hinson) Stateler in Ulysses, Kansas.

Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
