Bobby Dean Schwalk

Bobby Dean Schwalk, 82, of Perryton, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024 in Perryton.

Viewing will be Thursday, February 29, 2024 and Friday, March 1, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 9 a.m. until service time at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 11 a.m. at New Hope Fellowship in Perryton,, officiated by Pastor Buddy Young. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton.

Mr. Schwalk was born on October 10, 1941 in Perryton, to Lester J. Schwalk and Lucy Elvira Copeland Schwalk. He graduated high school in Perryton, and was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a carpenter and worked in construction.

Mr. Schwalk is survived by his mother, Lucy Schwalk, of Perryton; three sons, Jeffery Schwalk of Columbia, South Carolina, David Schwalk of Perryton, and Todd Schwalk of McLean; one brother, Garry Schwalk of Angier, North Carolina; two sisters, Janice Strate of Pampa, and Glynes LaRue of Yukon, Oklahoma; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Schwalk was preceded in death by his father, Lester Schwalk; and one brother, Larry Schwalk.
