All but one of the 14 proposed state amendments were passed by Texas voters in the Nov. 7 election.
The only proposition to fail was No. 13, which would have increased the mandatory retirement age for state judges from 75 to 79 and the minimum retirement age from 70 to 75.
A total of 785 ballots were cast in Ochiltree County, a little over 15%% of registered voters.
