An Ochiltree County resident accused in a shooting two weeks ago has been apprehended in Graham.
Hezikiah Gaines, age 17, was arrested in Graham on April 24 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Gaines’ bond has been set at $250,000. As of Tuesday afternoon, he remained in jail in Young County pending transfer back to Ochiltree County.
