John Nimmo of Carbondale, IL will begin the Leadership Perryton XXI speaker series.
This year, the public leadership seminar will be held on Tuesday evenings. Nimmo will be here Tuesday, Oct. 18, at Frank Phillips College Allen Campus. Registration begins at 6 p.m. with the seminar starting at 6:30 p.m.
