The Museum of the Plains’ annual smoked pork tenderloin fundraiser was held on Friday at the museum. Chefs from all over the area, including Dal Foster and Kevin Harrison, got together Friday morning to season and grill about 200 pork tenderloins in preparation for the hungry customers who showed up in the afternoon to pick up their meals.
