One new fatality from the COVID-19 virus has been reported this week in Ochiltree County, bringing the county’s total to 48 deaths.
According to data from the Texas Department of State Health Services, the newest fatality occurred around the date of Feb. 24.
In better news for the county, Ochiltree General Hospital has reported a 100% decline in new cases.
