During the annual awards ceremony for Ochiltree County 4-H at the Expo Center on Oct. 11, awards were presented for Outstanding Leader and Friend of 4-H. The winner of the Outstanding Leader Award was Sid Tanner for his leadership with the Meat Goat and Photography Project, while the Friend of 4-H Award went to Mary Dudley, owner and publisher of the Perryton Herald.
