LEADERSHIP AWARD—Ochiltree County 4-H held its annual awards ceremony at the Ochiltree County Expo Center on Oct. 11. The Senior Leadership Award was presented to a senior by North Plains Electric Cooperative to recognize individual achievement in promotional, volunteer, and elected/ appointed leadership.
