The Perryton City Council agreed on a proposed tax rate, and heard the first reading of ordinances increasing sanitation and water fees at its meeting Tuesday evening.
The sanitation ordinance would increase the rate $2.50, from $19.50 for residential customers and $26 from $23.50 for commercial customers.
