RACING TO THE FINISH

Devon Stroup spent some of this week’s cooler weather tuning up a remote-controlled car in Stark Park. Stroup, a junior at Perryton High School, is preparing for an RC vehicle race he’ll be competing in next Saturday in Amarillo.
