Residents of Perryton and Ochiltree County had to contend with snow and bone-chilling cold as a once-in-a-generation winter storm blasted through the entire state.
According to KEYE, the county’s official recordkeeper for the National Weather Service, Perryton’s low on Monday morning was -14 degrees below zero.
