An attempted burglary and vandalism were reported during the week.
Diane Click reported an apparent burglary at 802 S. Drake. A house behind the residence had the back door damaged, and a shed had its door removed. The front storm door of the main residence was broken out, but the interior door remained secured. It was determined that nothing had been taken, but around $300 in damage was done.
Anthony Hernandez, 109 S. Cedar, reported his pickup had been vandalized. There were long, deep scratches along the passenger side of the vehicle, as well as on the tailgate and rear passenger side rim. The tire was also flat. No damage amount was listed.
Ronald Garrison reported the license plate from his work pickup was either stolen or missing.
In county jail activity:
Ricky Scott Millsap, 40, was arrested on a warrant out of Randall County for a third degree felony charge of assault on a family memberimpeding breath or circulation. He was released on $10,000 bond.
Luis Gustavo Macias, 20, was arrested on a warrant for a third degree felony offense of assault on a public servant. He was released on $150,000 bond.
Trenton Drake Hudson, 20, was arrested on a warrant for a second degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was released on $30,000 bond.
Jonathan David Glenn, 36, was arrested on a fourth degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, penalty group one, less than one gram, and misdemeanor offenses of possession of a dangerous drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $13,500 total bond.
Misdemeanor arrests during the week included one person for possession of marijuana and one person for driving while intoxicated.
