PPW SCHOLARSHIP DRIVE The Panhandle Professional Women have launched its annual Project Christmas Card drive to raise funds for the many scholarships the organization provides each year. Donors are asked to contribute what they normally spend sending Christmas cards, or more, and their names will appear in a full page Christmas greeting ad in the Dec. 20 issue of the Herald.
