Ochiltree County 4-H held their annual awards ceremony at the Ochiltree County Expo Center on Monday night. The Leadership Awards are presented to a junior and a senior by North Plains Electric Cooperative to recognize individual achievement in promotional, volunteer, and elected/appointed leadership.
