Even though the Nov. 3 general election is around 10 weeks away, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, voters who qualify can begin applying for ballots by mail.
To be eligible to vote by mail, voters must meet one of the following qualifications: they are age 65 or older; disabled, incarcerated or plan to be out of Ochiltree County during the entire early voting period and on Election Day.
