The City of Perryton’s sales tax check continued to travel south, with the August payment showing an almost 11% decrease.
For August, the city received a payment of $263,648, bringing its year to date payments to $1.8 million, down 12.6% from 2019.
Most of the other cities around the area notched increases in their August payment.
