Late last week, Dr. Randy Skaggs reported two more positive rabies tests in skunks. That brings the total to five so far in Ochiltree County since the end of April.
One of the skunks was located on County Road K. The other skunk was trapped in Sage Ridge, and also tested positive. Since it potentially exposed a few cats, Dr. Skaggs said they are working on a plan for that exposure.
