Randell Ken McLain, 80, of Perryton, died May 26, 2026.
Graveside services were held Monday, June 1, at Ochiltree Cemetery with Rev. Derek Drum officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
He was born Dec. 23, 1945 in Perryton. He graduated from Perryton High School in 1964 and attended Oklahoma State University. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1967.
He married Janice Payne on Feb. 25, 1968. He farmed and ranched south of Perryton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Bertha (Flaming) McLain; one sister, Sandra; and one daughter, Jandi.
He is survived by his wife, Janice, of the home.
The family suggests memorials to the Ochiltree County Senior Citizen Center, P.O. Box 738, Perryton; or the Museum of the Plains, 1200 N. Main, Perryton.
