Cook rites set July 22

Services for Donna Mae Cook, 89, of Spearman will be held Friday, July 22, at 10:30 a.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Perryton. She died April 7, 2022 at BSA Hospital in Amarillo. She was born April 22, 1932 in Fairfax, OK.

Randy Earl Howard

Randy Earl Howard (Papa), 64, of Perryton, gained his wings on Thursday , June 30, 2022. He was born on Oct. 25, 1957, in Beaver, OK to Bobby & Peggie (Travis) Howard. He was the youngest child and only son, with two older sisters, Janet and Kay.

Curtis Williams Mewbourne

Curtis Williams Mew 14, 1935 in Shreveport, LA to Ruth Williams and Curtis Alvin Mewbourne. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his beloved family on Thursday, June 23, 2022. A celebration of Curtis’ life will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 11 a.m.

Dumcum rites held

Connie Faye (Karber) Dumcum, 69, of Booker, died June 19, 2022. Graveside services were held Tuesday, June 21, at Overton Cemetery in Beaver, OK. She was born April 20, 1953 in Cortez, CO. She graduated from Booker High School in 1971. She married Roger Dumcum on Sept. 6, 2002.

Carolina Sanchez, 72, of Perryton, died June 18, 2022. Services were held Wednesday, June 22, at Foursquare Gospel Church in Perryton with Rev. Carmen Cano officiating. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. She was born Nov.

Lorraine Stigall

Lorraine Stigall, 89, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 20, 2022. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022, in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger with Pastor Danny Courtney officiating.

Rites held for Flores

Evelia Porras de Flores, 80, of Perryton, died June 17, 2022 in Amarillo. Services were held Wednesday, June 22, at Iglesia Pentecostal Unida in Perryton with David Hernandez officiating. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Capt. Jason Timothy Smith

Jason Timothy Smith was born in McAlester, OK on Sept. 18, 1978 to Paul Timothy Smith and Angela Denise Wiseman. Initially a city boy, he grew up in southeastern Oklahoma.

Rites set for former resident

Graveside services for Sharon Williams Wilcox, 70, of Miles City, MT, formerly of Perryton, will be held Friday, June 17, at 10 a.m. at Ochiltree Cemetery. She died Nov. 15, 2021 from complications related to Alzheimer’s disease. She had been a resident of Miles City for over 45 year.

Ronnie Blackmore

Ronnie Blackmore of Abilene, passed away June 8, 2022 in Abilen. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, June 10 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday June 11, 2022 at Pioneer Drive Baptist Church with Dr. Jeff Reid officiating.
