Jeffrey Wilson Jeffrey Glen Wilson, 49, of Guymon, OK, died Aug. 3, 2023. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Perryton. Cremation arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers. He was born April 11, 1974 in Perryton.

Rennie Cowan, 74, of Perryton, Texas, passed away Monday, Aug. 14, 2023 in Perryton. Viewing will be Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday, Aug. 17, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023 at 10 a.m.

Timothy James Carney

Timothy James Carney was born April 25, 1953, the second of five children to Robert and Dorothy Carney in Bangor, Maine. He peacefully left this earth on July 22, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Rochester, MN.

Cody Lyn Frantz

Cody Lyn Frantz, 25, of Balko, OK entered into his eternal home on August 2, 2023. He was born on July 7, 1998, in Perryton, to parents, Corey and Kathy and big brother, Grady. Cody developed his ornery grin in the first few weeks of life.

Karen Wright

Karen Wright, 78, of Perryton, passed away Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023 in Perryton, Texas. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2023 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Perryton, officiated by Rev. Richard Laverty, assisted by Rev. Gary Story. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery in Perryton.

Rites held for former resident

James Marshall “Jim” Stevens, 76, of Leoma, TN, formerly of Perryton, died July 28, 2023 from complications of COPD. Services were held Wednesday, Aug. 2, at Brook Hill Memorial Gardens in Paducah, KY, with military honors, with Rex Jones officiating.

McGarraugh rites set

Clifford Neil McGarraugh, Jr., 79, of Perryton, died July 30, 2023. Services will be held Thursday, Aug. 3, at 10 a.m. at First Christian Church in Perryton with Rev. Bill Newman officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery.

Sheila Kay Wylie Harris

On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, Sheila Kay (Wylie) Harris left this earth to reunite with family and friends who have gone before her. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2023 at Key Heights Baptist Church in Perryton, officiated by Rev. Duce Cooper.

Annette L. Dorman, 62, of Perryton, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023 in Dallas. Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Key Heights Baptist Church in Perryton, officiated by Rev. Duce Cooper. Burial was in Ochiltree Cemetery following the service.

Vera June Whaley Robinson passed away on July 12, 2023 in Amarillo. She was born June 9, 1939, to John William Whaley and Hazel Lois Coulter Whaley, in Stephens County, OK. A memorial service will be held at Clarendon Church of Christ on July 21, 2023 at 10 a.m.
