Paul Kauffman Paul Edward Kauffman, 87, of Decatur, formerly of Perryton, died Oct. 4, 202 in Decatur. A private family graveside was held Monday, Oct. 9, at Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

Raymond Carl Brittain, 72, of San Antonio, formerly of Perryton, died Sept. 29, 2023 in San Antonio. Graveside services will be held Friday, Oct. 6, at 11 a.m. at Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. He was born Sept. 13, 1951 in Borger.

Lois Eileen Ipson Firmin

Lois Eileen Ipson Firmin, 98, graduated from her Earthly confines to her Heavenly reward on September 18, 2023, at the Christian Care Center in Mesquite, where she had lived since 2005. She died peacefully after a short time of declining health. Graveside services were scheduled for 10 a.m.

Rites set for Brooks

Wanda Sue Brooks, 76, of Perryton, died Sept. 25, 2023 in Amarillo. Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers. She was born July 20, 1947 in Fresno, CA. She was a homemaker.

Helen Draper Fagg

Helen Draper Fagg passed away on September 16, 2023 in San Antonio, at the age of 97. She was born near Darrouzett in the Texas Panhandle on Nov. 8, 1925, the youngest child of Glen and Linnie (Howlett) Draper. In 1927 her parents purchased land in Edinburg, Texas.

Clayton “Randy” Cotney, 72, of Perryton, died Sept. 7, 2023. A memorial service was held Saturday, Sept. 16, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Buddy Young officiating. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Donald Eugene Williams

Services for Donald Eugene Williams were Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Criswell Chapel in Ada, OK. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery. Donald Eugene Williams was born April 4, 1927, in Tahoka, the firstborn child of Nathaniel Hawthorne Williams and Georgia Lavida Maggart Williams.

Donna Jean (Sperry) Albin

Donna Jean (Sperry) Albin, age 82, of Lubbock, passed away on Monday, Sept. 11, 2023. Donna is survived by her husband, Robert C. Albin, a daughter, Sydney Dean and husband Sonny, son Craig Albin and wife Jeannette.

M. Lawrence Ellzey

Marion Lawrence Ellzey, Jr. died in El Paso on Aug. 19, 2023. He was 84 years old. Lawrence was born in Shattuck, OK on April 13, 1939, to Mary Frances Scogin and Marion Lawrence Ellzey.
