Lora Wells
Lora Marie Wells, 71, of Perryton, died Nov. 16, 2023 in Amarillo.
Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 20, at Laverne Cemetery in Laverne, OK, with Brandt O’Quin officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born Dec. 7, 1951 in Shattuck, OK, and graduated from Forgan High School. She married Jerry Duane Wells Dec. 20, 1971 in Jet, OK. She attended the Guymon Church of the Nazarene, and had a home daycare for several years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and her parents, Jim and Donna (Hart) Helmuth.
She is survived by one son, Ryan Wells of Spearman; one daughter, Keidi Mull of Guymon, OK; one brother, Jerry Helmuth of Follett; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Mutt Hutt Pet Rescue.
