The Perryton City Council adopted an ordinance on fire limits and heard an update on recovery efforts at its meeting Tuesday evening.
The ordinance reduces the four hour and two hour fire rating zones.
The four hour zone will Main Street from SW 1st to SW 6th Avenue, which includes the county courthouse.
